DBS>Interactive Expects Growth to Continue Through 2008
February 1, 2008
DBS>Interactive, one of the region's top Web development firms, has tripled in size over the last year. "These are exciting times," says DBS>Interactive CEO and founder, Cyndi Masters. "It's not every day that a company can triple in size and live to tell about it!"
The company was founded in 2000 and had only 2 employees. In 2006, DBS>Interactive had a total of 6 employees (four full-time) for the majority of the year. Since then, DBS>Interactive has restructured and seen significant growth as a result. The company has 18 employees currently, with no plans of slowing down.
"We saw a lot of positive things happen this past year," said Masters. Sarah Hyland's website was featured in several galleries, winning multiple awards (Best Web Gallery, Best of CSS Design 2007, CSS Import). Sarah Hyland is a comedian who performs weekly at the famous Comedy Store on Sunset Blvd.
EnvyMyHair.com was also featured on several galleries (CSS Clip, Daily Slurp - on July 20th, CSS Based - under Lifestyle, Web Digity ). The site sells GHD (based in the UK) hair stylers, which is equivalent to the American CHI.
DBS>Interactive has also seen many new clients come on board. This year, the YMCA joined DBS>Interactive; as did St. James Court Art Show, IABC Kentucky, ISCO Industries and iPay Technologies (to name a few).
Other clients include: Bandy Carroll Hellige, Hyland Block & Hyland, MedVenture, American Beverage Manufacturing, Formwood Industries and United Marine Underwriters.
